At the Open Mindset Project, our mission is to connect volunteer professionals with students to provide virtual career guidance, networking, and upskilling support. This is a unique initiative with few, if any, organizations providing a similar offering. 

We take our mentor program very seriously. That’s why all Global Gurus must be globally-proven leaders with a desire to give back and – at this early stage – known to our founding directors. That’s why we’re kickstarting our pilot program this fall with professionals who are part of Founder Stacie Berdan’s network. These Founding Global Gurus will help set the standard for our mentorship program and help shape the movement going forward.
