Stacie Berdan
Stacie is the Founder of the Open Mindset Project and on a mission to help more Americans develop a global mindset. She is a thought leader, entrepreneur, and award-winning author on how to succeed in the global marketplace. She is the host of the Global Careers Podcast and the creator of the Women in Global Careers Roundtable, and has written six books on the intersection of globalization and careers. Stacie transitioned from a corporate career that took her around the world creating successful marketing strategies and communication campaigns for some of the biggest global brands. She has served as coach, counselor, and strategist to CEOs, politicians, senior executives, and students. Stacie has conducted thousands of interviews with global thinkers, and she shares this wisdom and her vast network with audiences, clients, and students through her keynote speaking, engagements, facilitation, and now the Open Mindset Project. Stacie lives outside of Boston with her husband and loves to cook all kinds of cuisines, curl up with a great book, and explore the world with him and her adventurous daughters.

Betty Berdan
Betty is a management consultant and recent college graduate with a background in finance and marketing. She currently works at Mastercard, where she advises clients on the intersection of data and customer loyalty and experience, to help build deeper relationships between brands and customers. Her role has allowed her to work across industries and geographies for a range of Fortune 500 companies, and with a focus on travel/hospitality, retail, and sports. She looks forward to continuing to globalize her career. Betty is an avid traveler and pilates enthusiast. She resides in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ben Levin
Ben is an equity trader and research analyst for a Boston-based investment advisory firm. He has strong expertise in identifying strategic and financial patterns within the economic structure of Fortune 500 companies. He looks forward to drawing on this experience to effectively manage budgets at Open Mindset Project and supporting the growth and impact of the organization. Ben lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
